Mahmud Bayo A. Alabidun earned his LL.B degree from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 1986, and his B.L from the Nigeria Law School in 1987. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in October, 1987. He also holds a Master Degree in Law, (LL.M) with specialization in Corporate and Finance Law from the Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria in 1998. He became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of England, in 2003 and was conferred with the Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and administrators of Nigeria, in 2009. He is a past member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. He was Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Punch (Nigeria) Limited (Nigeria’s foremost newspaper publishers) from 1988 – 2007 from where he joined the public service and served from 2007-2011 as the General Manager, Legal Services, of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria From 2007-2011, he was the General Manager. He joined and has operated as the Managing Associate of Equity Union Limited since 2011. He is a Member of the Aviation/Maritime Law Committee of the IBA, Internet Law Committee, Human Rights Committee, African Law Forum, Corporate Law Committee and Media Law Committee. He is a prolific writer and has written several published articles on diverse topics including on Nigeria’s Law of Equipment Leasing, Nigeria’s Corporate Tax system, Shareholder’s Protection under Nigerian Law, Banker/Customer relation under Nigerian Law, Comparative Analysis of The Hague, Hague/Visby and Hamburg Rules, Locus to sue on Bill of Lading under Nigerian Law, Nigeria’s Law of Arbitration and Conciliation, etcetera.

Yetunde is a 2002 Honours Graduate of the University of Lagos. She was called to the Bar in 2004, and was immediately recruited into the services of the firm and has traversed all the practice groups within the firm due to her versatility before eventually focussing on the Firm’s Company Secretarial & Nominee practice where she is currently the General Manager of Equity Union Limited. She has attended many courses in relation to her role, including the Lagos Business School Executive Program for Company Secretaries on Board Effectiveness. She has also attended many courses on Corporate Governance, including those organised by KPMG, DCSL, the Nigerian Stock Exchange, etc. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, as well as many sub-professional groups and associations.
Oluwatoyin Damilola Akano attended the University of Lagos, Nigeria, where she obtained her LL.B. (Hons.) in 2012. She earned her B.L from the Nigerian Law School in 2014. She was called to the Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2014, and joined the services of the Company immediately after. She currently holds the position of Associate Secretary in the Company.
Olatomi Abidemi Falore attended the University of Sheffield Hallam, United Kingdom, where she obtained her LL.B (Hons.) Degree in 2012. She earned her B.L from the Nigerian Law School in 2015, and she was in the same year called to the Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She joined the services of the Company in 2016. She currently holds the position of Associate Secretary.
Favour Oluwafisayo Osa-Oni attended the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she obtained her LL.B (Hons.) Degree in 2015. She earned her B.L from the Nigerian Law School in 2016, and she was in the same year called to the Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She joined the services of the Company in 2016. She is an Associate Secretary in the Company. She is a member in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN).
